Here’s what we’re looking for in:
- Licensed Esthetician or cosmetologist
- 1-3 years experience in performing lash and brow services on clients
- Master status preferred
- Certification to perform lash and brow services
- Experience with customer service in the beauty industry
- Experience conducting eyelash and brow service corrections / adjustments to ensure guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Proven track record for gaining repeat business and in upgrading services to guests.
- Experience being a leader of peers in handling with finesse, a high traffic, high stress, environment where attention can often and abruptly be pulled in multiple directions.
- Comfortability in working in large studio – embodying a culture of teamwork, and team success
- High potential for growth
