Job Title: Assistant Studio Manager
Reports To: Area Director/Studio Manager
Location/s: Coconut Creek
Base Pay: $15 per hour plus membership and retail commission
Function: Assists Studio Manager in principle duties and oversees studio management duties

Principle Duties for Assistant Studio Manager:
• Assists Studio Manager in principle duties and oversees studios to drive Studio revenue
• Is the Membership Ambassador for both Studios - driving memberships sales and membership retention, customer outreach programs, tracks and publishes results and progress
• Acts as a leader at the Front Desk to keep appointment books full utilizing all tools available. Sell memberships and aftercare products, ensure all guests forms are completed and uploaded
• Consistently creates a friendly client environment and motivated Studio teams
• Responds quickly to customer questions and needs
• Provides strong leadership presence in entire studio
• Maintains quality service by leading by example and enforcing customer experience standards
• Assists Studio Manager with coaching and training Lash Consultants on guest experience, membership sales, daily task completion and operations process
• Maintains impeccable and clean studios
• Ensures Health and Safety protocols are followed
• Assists in managing Lash Consultants and Lash Stylists staff and schedules
• Ensures daily and weekly reports are timely and accurate
• Ensures daily deposits balance
• Manages inventory accurately and timely.
• Adhere to all company policies and government laws (e.g. Non-Discrimination Policy,Time Clock)
Experience and competencies required for Assistant Studio Manager:
• Leadership and or Management experience
• Sales experience in Customer facing environment
• Must be extremely customer focused
• Inspirational leadership skills
• Possess strong interpersonal skills to communicate with confidence
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Must be an excellent organizer and problem solver with strong project management skills
• Ability to work a minimum of 37.5 hours per week
• Must be able to work flexible days and hours; including nights, weekends, and holidays and cover shifts at both Studios as needed.
• Must live within 30 minutes of both Studios
• Competent trainer and motivator
