Eyelash Technician / Lash Technician Benefits:
- Competitive compensation plan with potential to make between $20K and $80K per year depending on full-time or part-time status
- $11 Hourly rate, plus tips for the first 90 days
- After 90 days stylist will transition to commission structure, plus tips

Here’s what we’re looking for in:
- A licensed professional in esthetics or cosmetology
- Willingness to learn new lash and eye area techniques
- A positive, friendly, upbeat and personable demeanor and attitude
- A customer service-oriented individual who can communicate effectively with clients, studio management and coworkers
- Multi-tasking and troubleshooting skills
- A professional appearance at all times, the "Studio is your Runway"
- Thrives in a fun, team-oriented environment
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends (Required to work one night and one weekend shift each week)
- Must have reliable transportation
