Lash Technician - Esthetician / Cosmetologist

New studio opening in July 2023! Looking to hire June 2023!

 

 

Overview:

 

• Licensed or certified to perform lash and brow services in Ladera Ranch with an active and current esthetician or cosmetologist license.
• Experience with customer service in the beauty industry.
• Experience conducting eyelash and brow service corrections / adjustments to ensure guest satisfaction and loyalty.
• Experience in increasing quality of service execution of peers.
• Proven track record for gaining repeat business and in upgrading services to guests.
• Experience being a leader in handling with finesse, a high traffic, high stress, environment where attention can often and abruptly be pulled in multiple directions.
• Experience in leading organizational culture – embodying a culture of learning, development, and potential for growth.

• CA Licensed Required: Cosmetology or Esthetician.
• Prior experience - 1 year preferred but not required.
• Willing to learn and work with others.
• Great Customer service skills. 
• Must have availability on weekdays and weekends.
• Must comply with safety and cleaning protocols.
• Positive, Respectful, Hardworking and Easy to work with. 

- Training will be provided and paid for by the employer.
- Competitive compensation plan with potential to make between $45,000 to $80,000 per year.
