Here's what we're looking for:
- Licensed Esthetician or cosmetologist
- Looking for an individual with at least two years of leadership experience!
- Experience in leading organizational culture - embodying a culture of learning, development, and potential for growth.
- We are looking for an individual who is friendly, energetic and open to a great opportunity to make extra money training newly licensed professionals.
- Experience in performing lash and brow services on clients.
- Experience with customer service in the beauty industry.
- Experience conducting eyelash and brow service corrections / adjustments to ensure guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Proven track record for gaining repeat business and in upgrading services to guests.
- Experience in a leadership role in a high volume, fast paced environment. Multitasking is a must with the ability to prioritize and pivot duties based on the immediate needs for the business.
