Guest Relations Membership Representative Responsibilities:
- Saving membership cancellations by problem solving
- Scheduled phone calls to review membership processes & paperwork
- Process all Membership Cancellation Forms
- Process all Membership Freeze Requests
- Handle all Merchant Service Chargeback Disputes
- Manage all declined membership accounts & payments
Guest Relations Membership Representative Qualifications:
- Customer service oriented
- Able to handle difficult calls and problem solve
- Ability to multitask
- Outstanding phone etiquette
- Ability to stay positive and professional during diffucult situations
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Possess strong interpersonal skills to communicate with confidence to both internal personnel and customers
- Must be an excellent organizer and problem solver with strong project management skills
- MindBody Software experience a plus
