Salary
- $45,000- $60,000 per year
- Monthly and Annual Bonus Structure in addition to the annual salary, Bonus is based on store KPI's (key performance indicators), such as overall revenue, membership sales, membership retention, etc.

Manager Qualifications
- Experience in management, including but not limited to, experience as a sales manager, operations manager, and/or general manager, experience as a manager in the beauty industry or membership sales is a plus
- Has excellent leadership skills; ability to lead a team in an organized and efficient way ensuring operations runs smoothly.
- Create and implement structure, policies, and procedures.
- Consistently give amazing Customer Service
- Ability to identify and problem solve, set expectation, goals, and delegate
- Possess strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills and communicate with confidence
- Must be an excellent organizer and problem solver with strong project management skills
- Must be able to work flexible days and hours; including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Competent trainer and motivator
- MindBody Software experience a plus
