Retail Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
- Outstanding communication skills, with a guest satisfaction centric attitude
- You have a passion for interacting with people and bring a high energy to a sales performance environment
- Results oriented, metrics driven
- Sales experience preferred
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to multitask
- You are nimble; meaning you can thrive in whatever capacity necessary, housekeeping, guest consultations, product knowledge, after-care education
- Possess strong interpersonal skills to communicate with confidence to guests, peers, and managment
- Ability to troubleshoot leading to conflict resolution and overall guest satisfaction
- Must be able to work flexible days and hours; including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Position requires trustworthiness of a key holder
- MindBody Software experience a plus
