Job Description

• Develop and maintain a schedule for employees and ensure accurate timekeeping
• Seek ways to better promote the store, the product line and service within the store and participate in local marketing events
• Maintain proper inventory levels of lashes, retail products, implement purchasing plans and maintain contact with suppliers to ensure maximum efficiency in meeting sales goals.
• Implement cross-training of employees and Assistant Managers to maintain productivity at all times.
• Manage all controllable costs with a view to maintaining profitability.
• Ensure the store remains clean and presentable at all times

• Hire and train as needed to ensure adequate personnel is on hand to provide outstanding customer service.

Keep the employees and customers safe by implementing all policies and protocolos

Manager Qualifications

• Customer Service oriented
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Experience in management including but not limited to experience as a sales manager, operations manager, and/or general manager.
• Has excellent leadership skills; ability to lead a team in an organized and efficient way ensuring operations runs smoothly.
• Implement structure, policies, and procedures.
• Ability to identify and problem solve, set expectation, goals, and delegate
• Must be an excellent organizer and problem solver with strong project management skills
• Must be able to work flexible days and hours; including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Competent trainer and motivator
• MindBody Software experience a plus
