Studio Supervisor Benefits:

Here’s what we’re looking for:

 

  • Experience working in a sales role in the Beauty/Service/Retail Industry. Experience selling memberships a plus.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a supervisory role.
  • Exhibits strong passion and drive around selling retail, services, and memberships.
  • A self motivated individual who enjoys multitasking, managing multiple tasks/priorities, and leading ownership over an area of a business or studio.
  • A positive, friendly, upbeat and personable demeanor and attitude
  • A customer service-oriented individual who can communicate effectively with clients, studio management and coworkers
  • A professional appearance at all times
  • Thrives in a fun, fast paced, team-oriented environment
  • Experience working with MindBody platform is a plus.



Responsibilities of Studio Supervisor include but are not limited to:

 

  • Promotes and sells Amazing Lash Studio® service offerings, memberships and retail items
  • Creates an excellent experience for guests with a charismatic, friendly, and helpful attitude
  • Provides recommendations and education to guests on proper lash aftercare
  • Generates new clientele through the Amazing Lash Studio® referral program
  • Answers phone calls, books reservations, enthusiastically greets, checks in and out guests
  • Leads management of the Lash Stylist appointment books
  • Overseas management of communication with Leads to book new client appointments.
  • Completes administrative tasks as assigned by the Studio Manager
  • Assists the Studio Manager in overseeing daily operations at the studio
  • Delegates work and provides ongoing coaching to the Lash Consultant team
  • Participates in special events to promote the studio
