Responsibilities:

 

Perform high-quality, customized eyelash extension applications according to Amazing Lash Studios' standards and client preferences.
● Conduct thorough client consultations to understand their desired look and ensure client satisfaction.
● Maintain a clean and organized work station, adhering to all sanitation guidelines.
● Educate clients on proper aftercare to ensure the longevity of their lash extensions.
● Actively promote and sell retail products and membership packages to enhance the client experience and achieve sales goals.

● Contribute to a positive and collaborative studio culture.
● Adhere to Amazing Lash Studios' policies and procedures.
● Stay updated on the latest lash extension techniques and trends.

Qualifications:

 

● Must possess a current and valid cosmetology or esthetician license.
● Proven experience as a Lash Artist, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
● Excellent technical skills in classic, volume, and/or mega volume lash application.
● Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional results.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.

● A passion for the beauty industry and a desire to learn and grow.
● Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
● An understanding of and alignment with Amazing Lash Studios' mission and purpose.
