🌟 What You'll Do:

• Provide lash and brow services in a luxury spa suite setting

• Assist in managing day-to-day studio operations, including scheduling, team support, and customer experience

• Collaborate with the owner and studio manager on promotions, outreach, and community events

• Post, plan, and track content for social media—be the face and voice of our brand online

• Help coach and guide new team members

• Support front desk and client engagement during peak times

💼 You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have:

• Valid Maryland license in esthetics or cosmetology

• Experience in lash extensions, lash lifts, tints, and brow services (lamination, waxing, shaping)

• A genuine love for sales and connecting with clients to recommend services & memberships

• A strong command of Canva and social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)

• Experience posting and managing content, responding to DMs/comments, and building local engagement

• Excellent customer service skills with a professional, friendly attitude

• A natural ability to lead, motivate, and support team members

• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks and problem-solving
