We’re looking for an ambitious, personable, and sales-driven individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic, beauty-focused environment and is motivated by goals and growth.

Qualifications

• Manages lead outreach and engages prospective members

• Highly customer-service oriented, with a strong focus on membership retention

• Results-oriented and metrics-driven

• 1+ years of sales experience preferred

• Comfortable with basic computer skills

• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Outgoing, positive, energetic, and engaging personality

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong interpersonal skills and professional confidence

• Well-organized and solutions-oriented, with solid project management abilities

• Must have flexible availability , including morning, mid and evening shifts as needed

• Experience with MindBody software is a plus but not mandatory.
