Amazing Lash Studio Clifton is looking for a driven Sales Associate / Customer Experience Specialist to join our team! We are the industry leader in eyelash extensions and eyebrow services, with a mission to help every guest look and feel confident, beautiful, and AMAZING.

What You’ll Do

• Engage with guests, providing exceptional service and expert knowledge about our lash and brow services

• Drive membership and retail sales by educating guests on the benefits of our services

• Deliver an energetic, welcoming, and professional experience at every interaction

• Support front desk operations including scheduling, guest check-in/out, and product recommendations

What We’re Looking For

✔ Sales-driven with a passion for hitting goals & growing memberships
✔ Strong background in customer service (beauty industry experience a plus!)
✔ Outgoing, positive, and professional communication style
✔ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
✔ Team player with strong interpersonal and organizational skills
✔ Comfortable using basic computer systems (MindBody experience is a plus!)
✔ Flexible availability—including evenings, weekends, and holidays
