Amazing Lash Studio is seeking a licensed and experienced Lash Stylists who is passionate about beauty, precision, and helping clients feel confident and empowered.

 

Our ideal candidate is skilled in lash application, detail-oriented, and thrives in a professional, team driven environment. You'll perform lash extension services using Amazing Lash Studio's proprietary techniques while ensuring each guest receives an exceptional experience.

Here’s what we’re looking for in:

• A licensed professional in esthetics / aesthetics, or cosmetology
• Willingness to learn new lash and eye area techniques
• A positive, friendly, upbeat and personable demeanor and attitude
• A customer service-oriented individual who can communicate effectively with clients, studio management and coworkers
• A professional appearance at all times
• Thrives in a fun, team-oriented environment

Must have experience as an eyelash technician or lash technician in the esthetics or cosmetology industries

• Apply classic, hybrid, and volume lash extensions with precision and care
• Maintain clean and sanitized work areas following all health and safety guidelines
• Educate clients on aftercare, membership options, and recommended products
• Build and maintain a strong repeat clientele through exceptional service and professionalism
• Track and manage client appointments through our studio systems
• Collaborate with front desk team and management to maintain smooth daily operations
• Uphold Amazing Lash Studio's service standards and guest satisfaction goals

• Current Esthetician or Cosmetology License (Required)
• Lash Extension experience required (minimum 6 months preferred)
• Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and reliable work ethic
• Team oriented, positive attitude, and passionate about growth
