Qualifications
- Active esthetician or cosmetology license (as required by state law)
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience applying eyelash extensions
- Proficiency in classic, hybrid, and volume lash application techniques
- Strong consultation, styling, and client retention skills
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering consistent, high-quality work
- Front desk experience is not required, but a plus
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while managing an independent service schedule
