Retail Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
- Customer service oriented
- Results-oriented, metrics-driven, goal-driven
- Sales and Customer service experience a must/membership sales is a plus
- Computer skills
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to make inbound and outbound calls
- Must be OUTGOING, POSITIVE, CHEERFUL, ENGAGING, ENERGETIC, RESOURCEFUL, and RELIABLE
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Possess strong interpersonal skills to communicate with confidence to both internal personnel and customers
- Must be an excellent organizer and problem solver with strong project management skills
- Must be able to work flexible days and hours, including nights, weekends a must, and when other employees call out
- Mindbody Salon Software experience a plus
