We’re looking for an experienced, talented Lash Artist/Beauty Specialist to join our team at Amazing Lash Studio in Hartsdale.
This is a great opportunity for a beauty professional who is already confident performing lash extension and lash lift services.
What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality lash extension services
- Perform lash lifts and tints
- Recommend services and products based on each client’s needs
- Build strong relationships with clients and encourage rebooking
- Sell memberships and educate clients on membership benefits
- Recommend and sell retail products
- Perform service add-ons and additional beauty services
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace
- Deliver an exceptional client experience from consultation through checkout
- Stay current with beauty trends, techniques, and industry standards
- Support the team and contribute to a positive studio environment
Compensation
$18–$25 per hour, based on experience
In addition to hourly pay, you will earn commission on:
- Every membership you sell
- Retail products you sell
- Services you perform
The more you serve, sell, and build your clientele, the more you can earn.
What We’re Looking For
We are specifically seeking candidates who already have hands-on experience in the beauty industry, particularly with:
Required/preferred experience:
- Professional lash extension experience
- Lash lift & tint experience
- Strong understanding of lash safety, application, styling, and client consultation
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to confidently recommend services, memberships, and retail products
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
Bonus skills:
- Brow tinting
- Brow shaping/waxing
- Brow lamination
- Other esthetic or beauty services
We are especially interested in candidates who can bring multiple beauty skills to the studio.
