Responsibilities of the Stylist / Esthetician / Cosmetologist (Lash Stylist)

• Create excellent experience for every guest through a friendly and helpful attitude
• Educate guests on proper care of lashes and recommend exclusive after care products
• Understand and promote products and memberships
• Perform high quality and consecutive professional eyelash extension services
• Generate new clientele through our amazing referral programs
• Maintain a clean and sterile work environment

Requirements of the Stylist/Esthetician/Cosmetologist (Lash Stylist)

• Must have a current NJ license or permit in Cosmetology or Esthetics as a Esthetician/Aesthetics or Cosmetologist (will consider individual with a temporary NJ license)
• Must possess a positive, upbeat, and personable attitude
• Must be customer service oriented and be able to communicate effectively and courteously with guests, staff, and studio management
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times

 

If you do not have experience as an eyelash technician or lash technician in the aesthetics or cosmetology industries, don't worry, we provide extensive training for cosmetologists and estheticians to be proficient in applying eyelash extensions.
