Ensures compliance Studio policies and procedures. - Acts as Studio Manager in the absence of the Studio Manager/Director. - Is responsible for Studio inventory and supplies. - Creates and implements efficiencies and ideas to improve business. - Facilitates Lash Consultant new hire training and onboarding. - Role models positivity and sets the tone for a collaborative, highly engaged, motivated Studio culture. - May lead Social Media. - Reports directly to Studio Manager/Director. Experience: - Prior Experience, supervising four or more individuals in a selling environment is required. - Retail or Commission Sales is required. - Abilty to work flexible days and hours; including nights, weekends, and holidays with no restrictions.  - Mindbody Salon Software experience a plus - Spa, Salon, Cosmetics or Beauty Experience is a plus.  -
